Exfol Cream

Directions:

These products can be used at separate times of the day or together to create a stronger approach.

Some suggestion are:

* Mild - on clean skin, apply P&R in the morning, Exfol cream at night

* Medium - morning and night

    *   on clean skin, apply P&R then apply Exfol on top of the P & R

    *   on clean skin, apply Exfol cream, let rest for 5 - 10 minutes, then apply P&R
