Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NOTE We will not issue credit on any item where the tamper seal has been broken or otherwised damaged. We offer samples on our site to allow you, our customer, the opportunity to test before you buy the full size product. Please understand, a sample size only affords you the opportunity to see if the product is suitable for your unique skin but does not provide for enough product/time to achieve any notable results. If you have sensitive skin a sample will allow you to test on your skin does with a particular product before purchasing a full size product.  

Shipping  We ship to virtually any address in the world.

Wheat does this mean 

• We can now offer shipping rates to your country far below the standard USPS prices as well prices of other shippers.  
• Delivery times are often far quicker than standard shipping channels. 

How does it work

1. Our orders are shipped directly to Chicago International Airport in a master case, during this transit your parcel cannot be tracked. 
2. Once the master case is opened at Chicago International Airport each individual parcel is scanned. 
3. Parcels are then put on a plane to the destination country. 

Tracking

• After you receive your tracking number from DianaYvonne.com please allow 5 business days for tracking to begin. 
• When a parcel arrives at the destination country all tracking is provided by that country and the data is fed electronically to USPS tracking.
