Toners and Tonics
At DianaYvonne Skin Care, toners and tonics are designed to gently deliver actives (especially for normal to sensitve skin) that help you achieve your skin care goals.
The days when a toner was used only to lower the pH of the skin back to a healthy level and to remove residue left by harsh detergents should be absolutely gone. Working with properly formulated cleansers does not require a toner to lower the pH.
