Product Description
7.5% Fruit Acid Gel
This advanced blend of glycolic, lactic, and pyruvic acids helps refine the look of uneven skin tone and texture associated with hyperpigmentation and sun (actinic) damage.
Designed to help lift the look of dull, thickened surface buildup and promote a smoother, brighter-looking complexion. Glycolic and lactic acids have been shown in laboratory settings to reduce melanin formation by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, in addition to supporting faster visible exfoliation.
A superior blend of Glycolic, Lactic & Pyruvic acids at 1.9 pH.

Skin Type / Indications
- Skin type: Normal to oily; acne-prone; Not recommended with Fitzpatrick 3 or higher.

Why These Acids?
Glycolic Acid
Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) known for reducing corneocyte cohesion (helping surface cells shed more evenly), which can improve the look of texture and help clear the appearance of clogged pores. In a 6‑month randomized histologic study, a 15% glycolic acid increased epidermal thickness by 27%, supporting its role in improving visible markers of photoaging (note: this study strength is higher than this 7.5% gel).
Lactic Acid
Lactic acid is an AHA used to support the appearance of brighter, more even-looking skin. It is also valued for its water-binding properties, which can make it a helpful option for clients who want resurfacing benefits with a less “drying” feel.
Pyruvic Acid
Pyruvic acid is an α‑keto acid with keratolytic, antimicrobial, and sebostatic properties. Because it is relatively lipophilic, it can help target the look of oily congestion and surface hyperpigmentation as well as the ability to stimulate new collagen production and elastic fibers formation.
