You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
NOTE We will not issue credit on any item where the tamper seal has been broken or otherwised damaged. We offer samples on our site to allow you, our customer, the opportunity to test before you buy the full size product. Please understand, a sample size only affords you the opportunity to see if the product is suitable for your unique skin but does not provide for enough product/time to achieve any notable results. If you have sensitive skin a sample will allow you to test on your skin does with a particular product before purchasing a full size product.

May 5, 2017 UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS. We have recently been able to get our rates as low as they were 15 years ago and we know you are going to be excited about this as we are. Because parcels are shipped USPS International Mail the rates are calculated based on parcel weight.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
US customers: Free Shipping on all orders over $95.00. If your order qualifies you will be offered the Free Shipping choice during check out.
