Our products are guarranted to be new, fresh and with tamper proof seals with the exception that some of Skin Biology products do not have tamper proof seals.

We offer samples on our site to allow you, our customer, the opportunity to test before you buy the full size product. Please understand, a sample size only affords you the opportunity to see if the product is suitable for your unique skin but does not provide for enough product/time to achieve any notable results.

Ordered the wrong item? We will provide for a full product refund on postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Authorization for returned merchandise must be obtained, via email or telephone, within 10 days of delivery and the item returned within 5 days of authorization. Items must be in original packaging, unopened with the tamper seal intact.

We made a mistake in your order? We will take care of it. We will make sure the correct item is resent and we will handle the postage to do so. We will also handle postage if you need to return a product.

NOTE We will not issue credit on any item where the tamper seal has been broken or otherwised damaged.
