Folligen had its beginning as a skin repair cream that was being tested in the Dermatology Department at the University of California at San Francisco. A 41-year-old woman with severe hair loss tried one of our skin repair creams because nothing else had worked to restore her lost hair. In two and one-half months she regained all of her lost hair. Other people began using our skin repair cream to counter hair loss and in time, Folligen emerged as a distinct product.
Folligen's biological effect on hair is similar to, but more effective than, other Copper-Peptide products such as Graftcyte and Tricomin which are skin repair products that aid hair growth and scalp health.
Used consistently, Folligen products can help improve hair health and vitality. Folligen products are based on 2nd Generation of Skin Remodeling Copper-Peptides (SRCPs).
Directiions
- Part the hair or separate into sections so that the product can be applied directly on the scalp. If your hair is very thin, skip to Step 2.
- Apply a light amount of Folligen Therapy Spray on the scalp once a day or once every other day. Massage into the scalp.
Tips
- Leave on the scalp for at least 6-8 hours before washing off. Product can be left on until the next time the hair is washed.
- Apply a light amount of Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher for Hair or Ultra Emu Oil after applying Folligen. Emu Oil works as a penetrating agent to help the SRCPs further penetrate and increase efficacy. Emu Oil works wonderfully as a light scalp oil.
Ingredients:
Purified water, copper peptides (hydrolyzed soy protein and copper chloride), glycerin, phenoxyethanol, cupric chloride, butylene glycol, polysorbate 20, allantoin, glycine, aloe barbadensis leaf juice (aloe vera) gel, tocophersolan (vitamin E) and astaxanthin.
