• Mild - on clean skin, apply P&R in the morning, Exfol cream at night
• Medium - on clean skin, apply P&R in the morning, apply Exfol Cream (let rest on skin for about 10 minutes) then apply P & R.
• Stronger - on clean skin, morning and evening, apply Exfol(let rest on skin for about 10 minutes) then apply P & R.
